Unfortunately, all sales are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
We are not required to provide exchanges for change of mind. We will gladly replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control, please drop us an email immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order and we will follow up for you. Please keep your proof of purchase (e.g. your receipt).
Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or if they break within 7days of purchase. Please note variations in wood, including grain, color, knots and placement of engraving, is not considered a fault but a testament to the variety found in raw natural materials.
We may ask you to send a photograph or return the faulty item. Once the fault has been verified, we will ship out the replacement if available. In an event where a replacement product is not available, you will be refunded the full purchase price of your item in the form of shopping credits.
Our promise to replace the item or refund you does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We seek your patience and understanding when such circumstances arise and your trust that we will get this sorted for you as soon as possible.
